    1. 2 Page Current Executive Summary (Under 60 Days old).
    2. Key Person Bio’s/CV’s.
    3. Proforma to match funding request. (CFO Level Presentation).
    4. Tranche/Draw Schedule.
    5. Source and Use of Funds.
    6. Proof of funds/capital capacity (Current Bank Deposit)*.
    7. Other supporting documents (Investor Pitch Deck’s, Purchase agreements,
      Environmental approvals, Permits, etc.,).
  5. Identify potential funding sources.
  6. Sign Engagement, Representation and Fee Agreement.

    1. Schedule Call with UW/Decision maker(s) once full package is completed and accepted for funder approval. Our team will coordinate communication between the borrower and funding source upon approval.
